The games listed on GameGalaxies are developed, hosted, and operated by third parties. We act solely as a directory that links to or embeds this content. We do not develop, host, modify, or control these games, and we do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, safety, or continued operation.

Your use of any third-party game is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Any dispute, claim, or issue arising from a third-party game — including in-game purchases, advertising shown inside the game, account issues, or data handling — is between you and the relevant provider. If you believe any listed content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove the listing.

The Service is supported by advertising. Advertisements are supplied by third-party ad networks and are not endorsements or recommendations by GameGalaxies.
